Finn McGrath is an actor, writer, and comedian based in Melbourne and Sydney. A BFA Theatre graduate from the Victorian College of the Arts, he has also trained at NYU’s Tisch and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. Finn has been involved in a number of successful Comedy Festival productions, as well as sold-out fringe shows at La Mama Theatre, TheatreWorks, and Fortyfive Downstairs. His critically acclaimed sketch and stand-up shows have been performed to sold-out crowds at venues such as Comedy Republic, Butterfly Club and Motley Bauhaus. In addition, Finn has appeared in ABC's UTOPIA and currently works for Working Dog Productions, a comedic powerhouse of Australia.
He’s also taken part in the esteemed Melbourne University Law Revue sketch group for five years writing, performing and directing original material.
He was the first-place winner of the University of Melbourne Comedy Competition (2019) and his sold out shows in the Comedy Festival have won him Most Promising Live Act at Mudfest (2019) and Most Outstanding Show and Best Writing at the UHT Awards (2018, 2019, 2022).
